This was the location for today's shoot.. :(
I had so much planned for this shoot. One of which involved a frozen rose photographed with a model in a very unique way.. I went up to this park in the neighborhood just as the fog was rolling in and snapped this, I was planning on shooting at 8:30am this morning to get the same effect. Last night I got a call.. model canceled.. his agent got the information to him too late ...
All I can say is damnit!! the one weekend I'm not working on a saturday... and the fact that I needed the money.... LA recked me.. now all my hopes rest on the next paycheck that's coming in from work.. and hoping that it will make rent..

Secret project in the works
I met two of these dogs 2 months ago.. all I can say is wow wow!! and now I found out the owner is up for letting me use them in a photoshoot.. Can't wait!! and on top of that I may get one of these bad boys thrown in.
I'm thinking of doing a project with models and their pets... my first series.. can't wait, really planning to outdo myself on this series..
Lots of stories and concepts running through my mind

Natural light here I come baby
I've shot natural light many times before, but I've never done an entire shoot with it..
Today I mustered up the guts...
shoot started at around 4pm and was done by 5:21.. just the way I like it..
Always wanted to try a 35 mm lens.. well on my damn camera it probably translates to a 50mm haha, also fogged up my lens during certain intervals.. yay photo history class :)
